His 21 foot '96 model Carolina Skiff is perfectly suited for fishing the flats in the bay and the Colorado River where the fish spend much of the winter. It provides a stable platform to fish from and is big enough to haul lots of gear.

Bay City and Matagorda, Texas have several nice motels and restaurants for out of town clients. Matagorda is about a 2 hour drive south of Houston, Texas where the closest major airport is located.
